GU10 LED Bulbs in France

in Shopping

I’m just putting this page up here because I seem to need lots of these things. When I first moved into my house we had a lot of fittings for these GU10 – 220V bulbs. In particular the kitchen has 6 of these above the table and a further 8 in the rest of the room. Traditionally these bulbs are 25W which means we would be looking at a total power consumption of 350W, which is rather excessive. By replacing them all with these LED bulbs we are looking at a total of 32W. That is a considerable saving.

They do seem to come from China, so can take a week or so to arrive, but even so they are way cheaper than you can get in France.

We did the same last year and took out 600watts of power by replacing with 5w LED’s. Well worth it.
