Why I'm not going to make anymore web sites

I was talking to my friend Kim today who was talking on the phone to the guy who was updating her web site. What a pain this is, there is no real good way how a designer can put the control of the site in the hands of a client. I've tried Macromedia Contribute but it's all too slow and clunky, so what's the answer?
