I tried copying the URL of the non-mobile site and using this was able to get to sort of the right page but then it uses a frame that I needed to scroll down to which doesn't really work in the iPhone Safari browser. So I went for the easy option and just set the nameservers to match the ones provided by the hosting company. I've done this now, so I'm just going to have dinner while it propagates. FYI I just used the GoDaddy app for this, but the mobile site looked just as easy.
