Wow, I couldn't believe it… …I had just shown some people around the apartment that we look after in Serre Chevalier (Serre Chevalier Apartment to Rent), who were interested in renting it out for a ski holiday in February 2007. I walked home afterwards and when I got home I was talking to Sue in our bedroom, she was standing and I was lying on the bed and then all of a sudden , the apartment started shaking from side to side, just for a few seconds. There was no noise and when we tried to work out what had happened, we looked out of the window and saw everyone walking around normally. Maybe we had experienced it more as we are five floors up in the air? Later on in the evening I discovered this web site http://www.emsc-csem.org/index.php?page=current⊂=detail&id=NC505;LDG so I promptly reported our experience. It turns out it was somewhere in the Nevache Valley, just 9km north of us, near the Italian Border and the Col de L'Echelle. Good stuff I reckon!!!
