I'm still trying to get my head around all these new microblogging platforms like Twitter. So I did a bit of keyword research using Wordtracker and by searching for Twitter I soon realised that one of the largest search volumes was for 'Lee McDerment Twitter' – I did a bit of research and found out that he loves God and The Bible and guitars. His music is actually really quite good, nothing like you would expect.

If you are not aware of the work of Howie Schwartz you should look at Howie's Apology, this is a video where he talks about one of the fundamental problems of affiliate marketing, which is, you never get to market to the person ever again once you have made the initial sale. This is when people like Howie, take your lead and then 'upsell' them further, whilst you make, zilch!
