Flash Video Player Format

This is the correct format to use when using the Flash Video Player Wordpress Plugin, now to get my hands dirty and kick some mRSS butt! If you don't know what I'm talking about, subscribe to my RSS and you will find out.

[Square Bracket Open]flashvideo file=http://pathto/video.mp4 image=http://pathto/image.gif /[Square Bracket Close]

don't forget the / at the end of the thumbnail. Thumbnail dimensions are: 120×90 in gif format.
