How to delete unsubscribed contacts in Aweber
I just used the Live Chat facility in Aweber to try and find out how to delete my huge numbers of unsubscribed contacts in my Aweber account. I now seem to be paying $10 a month to store a load of spammers addresses! Here is my chat…
Rick: about unsubscribes
You are now speaking with Paul Jacobsen of Customer Solutions (CP).
Paul Jacobsen: Welcome to Live Support.
Rick: Hi Paul
Paul Jacobsen: Hello Rick. How can I help you?
Rick: I have some lists with 1000s of unsubscribed contacts, which I would like to delete, can I do this easily, rather than going thru the search and then deleting 100 at a time?
Paul Jacobsen: An email would need to be sent to help@aweber.com with the login, password and a very detailed description of your request and we can take care of this from our end for you
Rick: ok - could I say 'do this for all my lists'?
Paul Jacobsen: Of course
Rick: OK fair enough, if I may make a suggestion, rather than the options of "Results Per Page: 20 50 100" it would be very cool if it said "Results Per Page: 20 50 100 ALL" - what do you think? Is it worth passing onto the team?
Rick: I think it's a teeny weeny bit of programming to do that!
Paul Jacobsen: Hm. When this session ends I will pass this as a suggestion to an administrator as a possihble future update
Paul Jacobsen: Personally I think that is a good idea
