Web2Submitter (errno 11) problem

Can someone help, all of a sudden w2s is not working anymore, when it fires up, I get this message:

"Can't create a new thread (errno 11). If you are not out of available memory, you can consult the manual for a possible OS-dependant bug"

Can anyone shed any light on this? It did it on both my XP machines at the same time, so I'm guessing it is a windows update that is screwing it up.
