How to do trackbacks

Ever since I first downloaded The Authority Black Book, I have been going back to this page to check I am doing it right:

How to do a trackback to get more links and traffic

 So Jack, I thought I'd better leave a comment on your blog post about it.  I must admit I can't even read a blog now without quickly nipping down to the end of the post to see if they allow trackbacks!
