When I saw the ebook cover I thought, "Wow, I was just editing that thing 5 weeks ago at Rick's kitchen table in Colorado. Now, it's on some guys blog in France. How cool is that?" I did a search on You Tube for "monetize your blog" and what do you think came up first?
