PR3 Domain Name & Website for sale

This is a domain name and web site, http://www.uk-insurance-online.com that I have been running for 5 years. Over the years it has earnt me a lot of money by selling UK insurance affiliate products and also using Google Adsense.

As you may well know mature domain names are very worthwhile as they are well 'embedded' in the 'fabric' of the internet and therefore, the search engines.

The domain name was originally registered on November 16, 2001 and is registered until November 2009.

There has always been a working web site on this domain which you can check at http://www.archive.org or more specifically the archives on the way back machine.

The site has a Google PageRank 3 which means it is considered of good importance by Google itself.
You could easily turn this into an excellent cash producing machine by identifying some new niche keyphrases and promoting it further using SEO and/or Web 2.0 tactics. You can get some free advice about this on my own web site.

At the moment the server needs to be a ASP.NET Windows Server, but you could easily use the masses of content to make a more straightforward HTML or even a Wordpress style blog site.

I am not selling the hosting, but if you do wish to keep it where it is, the price for hosting will be $500/year payable in advance at the time when you first take over the site. Otherwise I can supply the FTP details (to the winner) up until September 10, 2007…so you can download everything on the site then.

I am selling this site and name, because one of my other sites about motorhome rentals has gone mad and is becoming extremely profitable and I need to concentrate all my efforts on keeping that alive and well.
