I was trying to find the best KEI by using Wordtracker based loosely around the phrase 'Niche Keyphrases'.

Here are the results using the Wordtracker database.  I was pleased to find that "keywords seo submission web site promotion submission" had a ridiculously high KEI for Google and MSN.

These results also use the KEI analysis developed by Sumantra
Roy of 1stSearchRanking.com. Please see the headings for

3: Count: The number of times people have entered this
keyword from 346039189 search queries. These have been
taken from the various MetaCrawlers that we survey.

4: 24Hrs: This is the estimated number of queries this keyword
might receive in the current 24 hour period for msn (Search Engine).

5: Competing: The number of competing web pages in
msn (Search Engine).

You are currently using 'exact match searching', where the
keywords are enclosed by quotation marks. We recommend using
'exact match searching' as you are actually competing with
sites which have used the keyword exactly as typed in by the
user.
