Free SEO tip regarding where to host site

I have found in the past that you should always host the site in the country where you expect to get most of your target audience. I'm not sure how bigger SEO advantage there is, but there definately is one!
This is not always as obvious as you may think, for example my site Serre Chevalier Property is about France, but most of the people who are interested in buying property in Serre Chevalier are from the UK. So that site is hosted in the UK.
